Location: The four-star hotel "The Kempf" is located in the historical center of St. Petersburg, in a 19th-century building, near the Peter and Paul Fortress, near the Trinity Bridge and the LENFILM film Studio, the Gorkovskaya Metro Station is a short walk away. Туристический налог

Размер туристического налога в Санкт-Петербурге составит в 2026 году:

  • Период с 1.01.2026 по 31.03.2026 и с 1.10.2026 по 31.12.2026 -- 1% от стоимости услуги;
  • Период с 1.04.2026 по 30.09.2026 -- 2% от стоимости услуги.

При этом сумма минимального налога не может быть меньше 100 рублей за сутки проживания (абз.2 п.1 ст.418.7 НК РФ).
Проживание с питомцем

В нашем отеле возможно размещение с животными (кошки или собаки декоративных пород весом до 6 кг). Стоимость размещения - 1 500 руб. в сутки. Возвратный депозит 10 000 руб., если четвероногий друг вёл себя культурно.

Обращаем Ваше внимание, что проживать в номере Отеля совместно с питомцем возможно только с согласия администрации Отеля. Просим Вас заранее предупредить нас о прибытии и согласовать заселение.
